Cultivating good habits will allow us to honor our temple, the one that they lent to our soul and spirit to live in the physical space for a limited time and the least we can do is protect it and take care of it as the most precious gift... Many of us dream of perfect health, well-being and eternal youth but we forget to take care of the most important habits of life:
