Let's talk about CONSCIOUS FEEDING?

Many friends and patients ask me, Laura, what diet do you follow? How do you do it? Send it to me!! I can't do it, etc etc!

From my experience, I want to tell you from the bottom of my heart that after trying almost everything, counting macros, paleo, keto and even preparing for a bikini competition? understood? finally ?? Hallelujah!! that diets DO NOT work in the long term, so simple because our brain sees them as punishment, because it is not about following a diet for a couple of days and then getting even????

It is about CONSCIOUS FEEDING

It is about making peace with food, understanding that it is to eat, not to gain weight or lose weight, and that what works for Laura does NOT work for everyone, that you stop looking outside and look inside yourself!! Your body speaks to you with inflammation; reflux, constipation... and why? do you ignore it??

When we change our mentality towards this, to respect your body, you begin to value healthy food that comes from the earth and understand that the only thing that is processed is an addiction, when you love your body, you study it, you take tests and learn that you are doing well, then you get creative and make recipes that suit your palate... later when you know yourself so much, you have changed your habits and you detoxify your body, a day comes that you want to eat something VERY BAD like a fried empanada, a pizza, a great ice cream and IT DOES NOT DO ANYTHING TO YOU?!! Because your body receives it as a prize and you consciously enjoy it so much that you digest it perfectly...

Listen to your body and honor it with your discipline... that's what it's all about...
