Through the exercise I have been able to find my inner strength...

Sometimes we confuse its meaning, from a very young age thanks to my dad?; who is super passionate about cycling and physical activity, understood? that exercise is one of the best sources to truly connect with your body, feel muscles that we are not even aware we have because we never use them; develop our mental power and physical empowerment which translates into inner security.

It's not about beauty; From my point of view it is about connecting with yourself and knowing what you are capable of!

It doesn't matter which physical activity you choose but honor your body which is the home of your soul while you live?
